Do you want to spur change on your campus?
To begin, simply download the Campus Catalyst Guide below and get going. The guide has 5 levels:
Level 1: FIND YOUR CORE TEAM
Find at least one partner-in-crime to help build something together with you.
Level 2: GROW AND SYNC YOUR TEAM
Find a rhythm with a small team and develop ideas about how you can help your community.
Level 3: MAKE A RUCKUS
Make a ruckus. Do something big to draw attention and a community to your work.
Level 4: BUILD YOUR CAPACITY
Be trained by Sullivan facilitators to build a sustainable movement on your campus.
Level 5: ENGAGE A WIDER COMMUNITY
Build lasting relationships with your community to have deep impact.
The first two levels are DIY – this is a chance to show us how committed you are to stirring up change on your campus. Once you reach level 3 (where the real fun begins), a member of the Sullivan team will work one-on-one with your team to amplify your work to the next level by providing funding and coaching!
Let us know you’re working through the guide!
We are assembling a group of Campus Catalysts from the Sullivan Network and would love to include you and your school in that group. We host periodic conference calls for everyone to connect and share best practices. Feel free to add your own best practices or questions here!
If you were at the Fall 2015 Ignite Retreat, you may have also heard that we are hoping to organize a Campus Catalyst Roadtrip to travel around the American Southeast and visit different communities and campuses to learn from their stories. Want to find out more? Send us an email below…
