Sullivan Foundation, Real Leaders Magazine to Develop Leadership Program, Courses and Internships for College Students

The Sullivan Foundation has entered into a partnership with Real Leaders Magazine to create college credit and non-credit courses and develop a leadership program and internships for student changemakers and aspiring entrepreneurs in the Sullivan network.

Real Leaders is the world’s first sustainable business and leadership magazine that aims to inspire better leaders for a better world and to ensure that the next generation of leaders is exposed to the best and brightest minds and motivated to find profitable business solutions that benefit humanity.

Real Leaders launched its print and digital magazine in 2010. The magazine, which is published quarterly, reaches a global association of 20,000-plus CEOs with stories of how they can do well by doing good. The Real Leaders Impact Awards, established in 2019, recognize and rank top impact companies based on growth and market acceptance. The high performance of these impact leaders makes a compelling case for all businesses to re-think their purpose.

The Sullivan Foundation and Real Leaders have agreed to share content, including video and articles, about global leaders in the impact business movement and students in the Sullivan network who lead with purpose and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Under the agreement, Sullivan and Real Leaders will also develop a deep and meaningful multi-year, credit-bearing leadership program for Sullivan network students. The two institutions will also create interactive college credit and non-credit courses addressing leadership, community engagement and social innovation.

Additionally, the Sullivan Foundation will develop a robust internship program with Real Leaders and the companies in the Real Leaders network to provide exciting opportunities for service-oriented students at Sullivan’s partner colleges and universities.

The Sullivan Foundation and Real Leaders will also collaborate in the development of a job/opportunity fair for Sullivan network students interested in careers with impact businesses affiliated with Real Leaders.
