1. Scholarships & Fellowships

At a third of Sullivan schools, the Foundation provides either tuition scholarships for 4 students or a 3-year fellowship for 12 plus students. Many scholarship schools are converting over to the fellowship model due to its impact on the students and the community of the campus. To learn more about the fellowship, please click here.

Two thirds of Sullivan schools do not have a Sullivan endowment to support programing, the fellowship or scholarships. The Foundation is actively seeking ways to start and grow these endowments to encourage participation in the Sullivan Fellows program.

You can help by providing support on your campus of choice to fund a fellow or start or increase an endowment.

2: Student and Faculty Programing

The Sullivan Ignite Retreat and Faculty Retreat are our signature events and the gateway into the Sullivan Fellowship. Each retreat brings in 100+ students and 40+ faculty, staff who become fully immersed in purposeful leadership, community engagement and entrepreneurship and innovation addressing community problems. After the Ignite Retreat many students continue to engage with Sullivan programs through our summer programs or weekend field trips. Learn more by clicking here.

3: Alumni Engagement

Each year the Foundation holds a fall Alumni Gathering and each spring we host a Sullivan Showcase honoring our alumni. In addition, we regularly travel to additional locations to meet and engage alumni in our work. We seek alumni involvement in our student programming by being mentors and advisors to our fellows, as well as speakers and leaders at our Ignite Retreats. Learn more by clicking here.
