We’re here to make it easy for you to create experiences for your students who are:

We encourage you to join us for one of our staple events each year, including the Ignite Retreat and Sullivan Showcase. We also host monthly virtual networking calls and coordinate roadshows to visit you on campus.

Sullivan’s innovative programming is open to any college or university that wishes to participate. For those institutions interested in officially joining the Sullivan network, new institutions typically start by becoming an Awards School, and then develop the financial capacity to become a Fellows School.

Offer a three-year cohort-based fellowship to rising sophomores who receive scholarships, training, and ongoing guidance from Sullivan mentors.

The Faculty and Staff Abroad Incentive Program rewards active faculty and staff participation in the Sullivan Ignite Retreats as well as the promotion and recruitment of students to our study abroad program. Engaged faculty and staff will be awarded 7-days of lodging accommodations in coordination with our Summer Study Abroad Program.

What’s Included

Location: Strasbourg, France

Dates: Faculty may pick one week between June 26th – July 22nd

We will provide a guest house at the Château de Pourtalès for Sullivan faculty and staff to stay in for up to 7 days, which will be shared with other participating members.

Participants are expected to pay for their own airfare.

Requirements

To qualify, you must either:

  • Recruit 2 students to attend the Study Abroad program, or
  • Recruit 3 students to attend the Ignite Retreat in the previous academic year.

Faculty and staff can only receive the incentive once every 2 years and only 7 faculty or staff will receive the incentive per year.
